Fletcher Rides collects the information needed to provide ride-hailing services, including your name, surname, email address, phone number, account role, pickup and drop-off locations, ride history, payment method, and driver onboarding details where applicable.

Location information is used to show nearby rides, calculate fares, route drivers to pickup points, track active trips, and support safety features such as ride sharing. Location access is used only for app functionality and service delivery.

For card payments, Fletcher Rides uses Paystack to process payment securely. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking authentication details on our servers.

We use your data to create and manage accounts, process rides, verify drivers, calculate payments, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.
