Terms & Conditions

By using Fletcher Rides, users agree to provide accurate account, pickup, destination, and payment information, treat drivers and passengers respectfully, and use the platform only for lawful ride-booking purposes.

Drivers are responsible for keeping their vehicle roadworthy, maintaining valid documentation, using accurate vehicle information, following road laws, completing accepted rides professionally, and keeping Fletcher Rides informed of any safety or account issues.

Ride bookings are subject to driver availability, accurate location access, and payment confirmation where card payment is selected. Card rides are only sent to drivers after successful payment confirmation.

All drivers pay a monthly R100 platform fee. Same-day payouts are not available. Driver payouts are processed on the last day of the month. Fletcher Rides charges a 10% commission fee on card payments.

Fletcher Rides aims to provide reliable matching, routing, and payment services, but is not liable for delays, losses, disputes, or incidents outside its reasonable control, including network failures, device issues, inaccurate user information, road conditions, or third-party payment interruptions.

Accounts may be restricted or suspended for fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, unsafe conduct, non-payment of required driver fees, or misuse of the service.
